Team Cola!

We're still waiting on the finished photos from Simon, (the photographer). My photos won't have anything on his, but I have a few worth showing and there's still lots to talk about in the meantime.

I'm going to start with Lola and Colin, who were essentially the hosts of Mardi-Bras.

Although Lola won't be walking with us this September, she has certainly earned her place as one of the Mammy Grams Girls! She made all of the arrangements with Pizza Rustica, created the "Hot Tamales" bra for the show AND modeled it, (and several others)! She's beautiful, she's spirited, she's loads of fun and what I like to think of as the personification of passion! She belly dances, spins fire, supervises animation on award winning shows and has her own business on the side as a glass blower! (given the opportunity, she can really spin those tassels!) She was a never ending source of positive energy and Mardi-Bras just wouldn't have come together as well as it did without her!

Colin, who unfortunately was taken out of town on business the night of the show, was also an enormous support to Mammy Grams Girls. As well as letting us take advantage of his building's facilities, he sold a pile of raffle tickets to benefit the cause and put together this excellent slide show of photos from the 2007 walk and some of our sponsors logos to play on the TVs in the ballroom, during the party! When he's not supporting breasts, Colin is a documentary producer with Chopper pictures. He's a very well rounded creative-type, fun, intelligent and always exceptionally charming. (he's darn cute too!)

Thank you so much Lola and Colin!
